disassemble all major parts and clean

remove old "clearcoat" paint from all brass parts:
hubs, springs, fuel lines, steering linkage, radiator, gas cap, pump, cockpit
fixtures, engine accessories; sand and polish

fabricate new radiator faceplate

polish aluminum exhaust
-
remove and polish all brass engine details
-
sand, polish, and wax old painted surfaces: hood,
rear deck, and gas tank
-
remove all molded bolts on wheels, hubs, and frame;
replace with brass bolts
-
remove all molded rivets on hood, cowl, and rear
deck; replace with brass rivets
-
fabricate and replace rotted leather straps for crank,
hood, gas tank
-
refinish dash and floor with real mahogany and brass
nails
-
repaint tank behind dash
-
fabricate missing canvas side curtains
-
paint seat backs; upholster seats in real leather
and brass
-
build and install brass and wood steering wheel;
modify to accept control levers
-
fabricate missing pedals from aluminum
-
fabricate new brake cables
-
cover cowl in metal foil
-
reassemble
